02 Live simulations

Why simulations earn the L4 score

A 2-day programme that ends with a tabletop simulation shifts measurable behaviour on the job. A 2-day programme that ends with a feedback form does not. Our highest-impact programmes embed live simulations — Scope 1 facility-modelling exercises, ICAAP stress scenario walkthroughs, climate risk board-table simulations — designed by sector practitioners.

  • GHG Inventory Build Simulation

    Teams receive a synthetic GCC industrial site dataset and build Scopes 1, 2, 3 inventory through full assurance-readiness — including methodology choice, allocation rules, and gap-fill defensibility.

  • ICAAP Climate Stress Simulation

    Banking teams walk through a CBUAE-style climate stress test scenario — NGFS overlay, transition-vulnerable sector exposure, capital impact modelling, board read-out.

  • ESG Disclosure Tabletop

    Senior leadership team works through an ESG controversy scenario — investor enquiry, regulatory query, media outreach — testing governance protocols and disclosure decision frameworks.

  • Double Materiality Workshop

Most training programmes measure L1 (did the participants like it?) and call it a day. We measure all four levels — and the procurement team that asks for our metrics gets a straight answer.

    Reaction & facilitation

    Participant satisfaction, facilitator effectiveness, content perceived relevance. Threshold: ≥ 90%. Captured at programme close.

  • L2

    Knowledge transfer

    Pre- and post-programme assessment, calibrated to programme objectives. Threshold: ≥ 20% delta from baseline. Detailed item-level analysis flags content gaps for next iteration.

  • L3

    Behaviour on the job

    Manager-rated behaviour change at 30- and 60-day post-programme intervals, linked to specific learning objectives and observable on-the-job indicators.

  • L4

    Business impact

    For sponsored cohorts, business-impact metrics aligned with programme objectives — typically a capstone showcase where participants present an applied output to senior leadership.

04 How we deliver

Three delivery modes

  • Closed-cohort programmes

    Single-client, custom-designed programmes for a specific team or business unit. Most common engagement type — typically 8-30 participants, 1-3 days, optional sustainment phase.

  • Multi-module learning journeys

    Structured 6-12 month programmes with multiple modules, applied projects, and capstone presentation. Used for board readiness, leadership development, and ESG fluency rollouts.

  • Open-enrolment cohorts

    Selected programmes run as open-enrolment cohorts, mixing participants from multiple institutions. Useful for individual professional development; check upcoming dates with us.
